Best SAT Test Prep Courses, Score Guarantee Program
Y2 Academy’s New SAT Program supports students in achieving exceptionally high scores on their Official SAT Test and generates at least 200 SAT perfect scorers subject by subject every year. We guarantee a 320 point increase in their score or a minimum score of 1520 out of 1600. Their starting score comes from the first placement test taken before Y2’s SAT test prep class and the final score comes from their Official SAT score taken when the semester has finished. As long a student has few or no absences and works diligently in class and at home, we are confident that he or she will be able to reach their goal. If their goals are not achieved, students receive free tuition until their goal is ultimately reached in future semesters. We are proud that our SAT Test Prep Course is of the #1 First SAT Score Guarantee Program in the country.
New SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test)
Every college seeks to select students with outstanding qualities and accomplishments. A student’s GPA (Grade Point Average) is used to measure his/her accomplishments in school. However, every school’s standards are different and even schools in the same state may have different GPA standards. Therefore, it is hard for colleges to make judgments on potential candidates based solely on a student’s GPA score. The New SAT, SAT Subject Tests, and ACT Test scores are considered just as important as a good GPA.
The New SAT test consists of 2 scored sections: Evidence-Based Reading and Writing and Math. The highest score for both sections is 800, for a maximum total score of 1600. The test is held 7 times a year in January, March, May, June, October, November, and December. It is recommended that students take the test at least 3 times. There are no restrictions on how many times one can take this test. However, taking the test more than three times may give colleges a negative impression. Many colleges allow the highest scores from each of the sections to be combined.
On testing day, the New SAT test is split up into 4 sections (Evidence-based reading, Evidence-based writing, Math without a calculator, and Math with a calculator) and an optional essay. The running time for this test is 3 hours (3 hours and 50 minutes with the essay). Contact us and enroll today for bright future.
